Customers must report any damage or issue within 24–48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with photos/videos as proof.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Refund Policy

  • Industrial or heavy equipment may require additional processing time.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
  • Remote or rural areas may take longer.
  • Large equipment deliveries may require special logistics arrangements.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products.

Delivery Conditions

7. Damaged Shipment

If the outer packaging appears damaged at delivery:
